To implement the requirements of ASME Section VIII, Division 1, 2025 Edition,
Mandatory Appendix 47 by January 1, 2026. This revision ensures that the
Manufacturer’s Quality Control System clearly defines responsibilities for performing or controlling design work, maintains compliance with ASME rules, and addresses the minimum qualifications of design personnel. The objective includes updating procedures and integrating Appendix 47 into the Quality Program to maintain Code compliance before the mandatory enforcement date. Exhibit 2 has been modified accordingly to reflect these requirements.
