of authority and lines of communication within the company. It shall also define the roles and
responsibilities of personnel whose functions impact the quality of repairs or alterations.

This structure ensures clarity, accountability, and compliance, supporting an effective Quality
System in line with NBIC Part 3, paragraph 1.5.1.
