Objective of Supported Training (NDE Personnel Qualification – ASME T-120(e)

To ensure compliance with ASME Section V, T-120(e), this supported training will equip NDE
personnel with a comprehensive understanding of employer-based written practices that align
with SNT-TC-1A (2020 Edition) as mandatory requirements. Emphasis will be placed on
developing and evaluating written procedures, meeting ASME code standards, and successfully
completing technical and practical evaluations. NDT Level III personnel will gain the skills to
draft procedures, administer exams, and ensure a minimum composite grade of 80% is achieved
for certification. This training reinforces both the theoretical and applied aspects necessary for
ASME-compliant personnel qualification.
