Description
This section contains the controlled forms (Exhibits 1–12) used to carry out and record the activities in this QMS, in line with ASME Section VIII, Div. 1, Mandatory Appendix 10. Use only the current revision shown in the Exhibit Index. The Quality Control Manager controls these forms, and any change to them needs Authorized Inspector acceptance before it is used. Completed exhibits are quality records: they are kept per this QMS and made available to the Authorized Inspector.
